Q. What if my User ID and Password do not work?
A. If you have forgotten one or both of these items and you have previously entered your email address into your account information, you can have your user id and password emailed to the address on file by clicking the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link on the Login Screen.

Q. What do I do if my account is “Locked Out” after several unsuccessful attempts to login?

Q. How do I change my password?
A. Once you have successfully logged in click Transactions on the navigation menu. Then click Password Change. There you will be prompted to change the password.
Q. How do I change the amount of money I contribute to the plan?
A. Contact the individual that handles payroll for your employer.
Q. How do I change my investment elections?
A. Click Transactions on the navigation menu, then click Investment Elections. There you can enter your new investment elections. You must enter all investment elections and your total elections must equal 100% even if some of your elections are not changing. After submitting you will be asked if you would like to “Rebalance” your account. A “Rebalance” transaction takes your existing money and will buy and sell the necessary funds according to your newly entered investment elections. If you choose not to rebalance, then all of your existing money will remain invested as it was before the new elections were made.
Q. Some of my investments have performed better than others. I want to keep the same investments, but I would like to have each fund balance equal my investment election percentages. How do I do that?
A. This is called a “Rebalance” transaction. It takes your existing money and will buy and sell the necessary funds so that the percentages held in those funds equal your investment elections. This transaction is created by clicking Transactions on the navigation menu. Then click Rebalance. Follow the website instructions from there.
Q. How do I know my transaction is complete?
A. You will receive a confirmation number for all completed transactions.
Q. How do I see how my investments have performed?
A. Click Account Info on the navigation menu. Then click Rate of Return. There you will see calculated rates of return for the most recent 12 months, 4 quarters and 3 years if available on our system.
Q. I only receive my statement quarterly or annually. How can I get one more frequently?
A. You can view or print a Participant Statement at anytime on our website. You can choose any year or time frame that is available on our system. Start by clicking Reports on the navigation menu. In the drop down box labeled “Select Report” choose one of the available reports listed. In the “Available Plan Years” drop down box the current plan year is the default. You may choose a prior plan year if you desire. Enter from and to dates in the fields provided in the format shown. Click “Submit” and the report will be generated.
Q. How can I see details of the activity in my account?
A. You can view the transaction activity in your account at any time on our website. Start by clicking Transaction History on the navigation menu. Make your criteria selections in all the boxes available and click “Submit”. You will be shown all transactions that fit the criteria you provided. You can click the “+” sign beside any transaction to drill-down and see further details. You may download this information to a text file by clicking the “Download”
button at the bottom of the screen.
Q. How do I get investment information about the fund choices available in my plan?
A. Contact the Broker or Investment Advisor for your plan. This contact information is provided by your employer.
