Kasey, our firm’s President, has been in the Pension Administration industry since 1995. A graduate of Augusta State University, Kasey began her career with Merrill Lynch and from there she worked her way into pension plan administration. Kasey eventually joined the partners of Cleveland & Anderson CPA firm in their joint venture to start a new Third Party Administration (TPA) firm. She has earned her ASPPA 401(k) plan administration designation (QKA) as well as the enrolled retirement plan agent (ERPA) from the IRS .

JJ has worked in the pension industry since 1998. He graduated with a BA in English and Spanish from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and worked as a middle school Spanish teacher before finding his way into the pension industry. He began his career with the 401(k) Company in Austin, TX working as a corporate trainer and compliance manager before joining RSI in 2002.

JJ currently oversees the operations, procedures and internal controls at RSI while working to secure new business and transition new clients from conversion to on going administration. He has taught classes on various pension related topics as well as securities licensing exam courses. JJ has written for the ASPPA ASAP, presented as a guest lecturer at John Marshall Law School and contributed an essay for the text book Employee Benefit Plans by Barry Kozak. He has also been a featured speaker at ASPPA’s Benefits Conference of the South and the Annual Conference and presented a webcast on 401(k) plan testing. JJ currently serves as a vice chair of the ASPPA Education & Examination Committee and a liaison to the Membership Development Committee.

Nancy A. Crews, CFP, QKA

Nancy joined our firm in February 2000. Nancy has been in the Pension Administration industry since 1985. She obtained her accounting degree from Tennessee Temple University and began her career as comptroller at McCoy Federal Credit Union in Orlando, Florida. She worked her way into pension plan administration and later obtained her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation while working with a financial planning firm. She has earned her ASPPA 401(k) plan administration designation (QKA).

Lori joined our staff in December 2000. Lori has been in the Pension Administration industry since 1988. Lori received her degree in Financial Planning and Advising from Purdue University. She began her career in Third Party Administration and later moved on to the pension department at the headquarters of Thomson Consumer Electronics (RCA) in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has earned her ASPPA 401(k) plan administration (QKA) and Qualified Pension administration (QPA) designations.

Fain P. Dye, QPA, QKA

Fain joined our firm in 1997. He is a graduate of Augusta State University with a BA in Accounting. He has seven years of public accounting experience consisting of corporate and individual tax, pension administration, payroll and general ledger services. Fain became a Pension Administrator with the firm in 2004

In addition to his role as a Senior Plan Administrator, Fain is currently the Quality Assurance and Technology Manager for RSI. He oversees all internal processes and procedures for the firm and conducts in-house training in the areas of Pension, Operations and Technology. Fain heads up all of our daily trading and is the point of contact for all daily trading partners as well as non-daily platforms.

Fain is a member of ASPPA and has obtained his Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from ASPPA. He has presented at ASPPA conferences and he currently serves on the Board of the Relius Administration National Daily Users Group (RANDUG) and was a member of the former ASPPA Technology Committee.
